An exploration over the relationship between image and frame, made by a creative duo (designer and photographer). The photographic image is modified by the “frame” of design. The relationship between the arts, between photography and design, between art and the wall, art and the observer, and the Western practice of exhibiting art, rather than simply positioning as the Orient. Five Orchestra lamps, designed to be recessed in the wall, show here their structure and wiring, backlighting a series of pictures by Gabriele Basilico, which portray the destruction of Beirut.
