Developed through a step-by-step process, this project considers the importance of preserving the monument and its architectural and urban significance and tends to reaffirm its character by means of fine-tuning interventions (instead of re-inventions), in order to spotlight the building without tamperings, renovations or additions. A multimedial circular screen suspended in the Brunelleschian arcade on the front, continuously projects images and information on the museum events and activities and gives back to the facade on piazza Santissima Annunziata its lead position.
