con Albereto Meda luceplan.itCompasso d’Oro Selection 2004 / A luminous disc consisting of two injection-moulded transparent or opaline polycarbonate shells, well adapted to the latest generation of slim, circular fluorescent bulbs. The lamp is so thin that it merges imperceptibly with the ceiling or wall. Polycarbonate allowed to make a mono-material and visually simplified whole, thus reducing the connecting points between parts. Using IMD (In-Moul Decoration) the designers managed to obtain a variance in transparency in the envelope, which acts as a shade and diffuser at the same time. Waterproof.
