A residential building overlooking a square in the center of Cologno Monzese, between a then-recently built 9-level apartment house and a 2-level rural house of the 18th century, which had survived the speculative high-density construction that had taken up the outskirts of Milan. The building is composed by three blocks of different height. The highest one, whose facade is entirely balconied, creates a visual gap from the pre-existing building aside and gives prominence to the other two blocks, whose rythm is beaten by coloured double-height balconies.
